I have been working at The Alaska Club full-time for more than a year

Pros

No background checks and a Free gym membership!

Cons

No scheduled raises & Little opportunity for advancement. Employees have to quit befor the are offered a raise or a promotion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please recognize and appreciate good & hard working employees! Higher hourly rates would make these job positions more sought after and members would recieve better customer service in return the cumpony would make more money in the longterm with more satified members who dont cancel memberships and go to cheap competitors.

    Many locations and flexible scheduling; free club membership; friendly staff.

    Cons

    Very low pay; no benefits; high turnover; very noisy massage area; very old and limited equipment; no pre-natal massage equipment; unprofessional young staff; many highly paid executives.

    Share the company revenue among lower level employees who are the face of your company; keep materials/equipment up to date and professional in appearance.
