Pros

No background checks and a Free gym membership!

Cons

No scheduled raises & Little opportunity for advancement. Employees have to quit befor the are offered a raise or a promotion.

Advice to Management

Please recognize and appreciate good & hard working employees! Higher hourly rates would make these job positions more sought after and members would recieve better customer service in return the cumpony would make more money in the longterm with more satified members who dont cancel memberships and go to cheap competitors.

    Pros

Great club. Promotes health and wellness. Great people. Comfortable atmosphere & free membership. Some benefits like sick & holiday pay after 1yr. Promote within.

    Cons

Heavy workload in accounting. Some mismanagement and treatment of employees & isn't always fair. Policies are sometimes difficult to implement and salespeople lie.

    Advice to Management

Award employees with positive encouragement rather than negative. Monitoring sales team closely to avoid bad customer experience when selling memberships. Lighten workload for accounting, and pay front desk staff more.
