On par with the industry

I worked at The American Institute of Architects

ProsLike other non profit associations, the American Institute of Architects has a very strong benefits package that offers ample vacation time, comprehensive insurance and retirement saving options.

ConsLike the industry, the American Institute of Architects struggles to be leaders and at the forefront. Younger architects struggle to realize the value that membership provides and the AIA will need to address how to remain relevant.

Advice to Senior ManagementI have no advice or feedback to leadership other than what I previously stated regarding the changes that need to occur in order to continue to address member needs and stay relevant to the profession.
