Former Employee – worked at The Animal Medical Center

Pros – Other kennel staff were nice, nice working with animals. Considerate on working around school schedules and other days off that you needed.

Cons – Managers were horrible and were unfair. Front staff looked down on the kennel staff and made it obvious. Watching animals suffer.

Advice to Senior Management – Respect the kennel staff more. Give raises as promised. At least learn the names of all the workers and acknowledge them.
