Provides great services, but could do better by their employees and work harder to expand services.

I have been working at The Arc full-time

    Pros

The people we serve are very engaging and easy to work for. The people who form the treatment teams do a very good job in organizing the services the people we serve receive. The successes by the people we serve are very rewarding.

    Cons

Unfortunately, despite the encapsulated positivity within the work sites in this county in general, the decisions are made by those who have almost no idea what is going on and worse, do not take the time to find out or receive input from those who do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Involving someone who knows whats going on in decision making processes would be beneficial
