Former Employee – worked at The Art Institutes (HQ) full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Dedicated staff and faculty who are focused on student success.
Cons – None to name at the time of review.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring back the local HR support. The person to person contact is critical when dealing with sensitive or urgent matters, a true disservice to employees.
