    Pros

Great museum and wonderful learning experience. Plus, a great city to live in. Location is wonderful.

    Cons

Pay is very low. Very high work load. Had to fix work of long term staff and I was just a fellow. higher ups did not appreciate the hard work you do. The overall employee satisfaction is very low and never get raises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop laying off important people to spend money on big buildings you cannot afford and cannot house certain items safely.

    Pros

I can't really find any pros for this role.

    Cons

Too many to list. You do nothing but call students who aren't really interested in education.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop acting like you aren't selling an education.
