Pros

Great Mission
Great Students
Very Passionate about art

Cons

It is hard to trust your co workers
Employees are not appreciated
Poor communication The eml

Advice to Management

The employees work so much harder than you know. There have been countless times where someone has missed a special event for their families, weddings, funerals, and etc. just to reach their weekly/monthly goals. I wish management appreciated it's amazing and dedicated of employees more.

    Pros

Most people work as a team and recognize that they are there to support students. Not very political, at least where I worked in Academic Affairs, although this may have changed.

    Cons

Value the dollar, not the student. No potential for growth. Parent company EDMC makes blanket decisions that affect all Art Institutes, regardless of it is the best business decision for one particular school.

    Advice to Management

Knock your personal egos down a bit and tune into employees and students.

  2. it is never to late to grow up
