    Pros

    Interesting Students
    Good Location
    Enthusiastic Faculty
    Good Facilities

    Cons

Stockholders are more important than students.
Will accept anyone with a pulse and ok credit.
Run by people in another state.
    Work/Life balance

    Advice to Management

Drop the price for tuition and you'll get more students. Let the people in Brookline run the show as the folks in Pittsburgh have ruined things on campus.

  2. Age and wage discrimination

    Pros

Students want to learn from professional artists

    Cons

Most or all real long term teachers are let go because of high salaries. No Loyalty to faculty. Replace great faculty with adjunct, no skill instructors. Over charge students with profits as the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

An art school is not a business and quality teachers can not be replaced by amateurs. Banks like Goldman Sacks should not own art schools.
