I worked at The Art Institutes full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

-the people you work with are fun -you feel like you're really making a difference and helping people -it's fun to get involved with the school/campus

Cons

-working saturdays -very micromanaged -hard to get time off

Advice to Management

make it more fun for the Admissions department!
