    Pros

I cannot think of any pros.

    Cons

Management did not care about any employees. Management would make arbitrary rules that would harm the low-level employees (such as requiring a different color of scrubs every day, of which may cost upwards of $70 for a set).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bottom line of poor wages and keeping a revolving door of employees may work for keeping costs down, but in the long run is poor business practice. Reminding employees that they are completely replaceable is not a good management technique.

    Pros

The only good thing I can say about this place is that you don't have to work weekends. Regardless, almost everyone is actively searching for a new job regardless of it includes weekends.

    Cons

They hire unlicensed employees with no experience that move up over the years since experienced people are not wiling to work for such low wages. This means upper management has no idea what they are doing. They are in-compliant with various regulatory agencies regulations and do not have proper management skills. There is a lot of drama since most of the staff is very young and immature. Many employees have mentioned they do not personally go here for their healthcare needs because they do not trust the people that work there to do a good job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the doctors: are you aware how many times this clinic has failed their inspections??? Did you realize there are rules the government has set that you are in major violation?? There is even rules of how much experience an employee is required to have to be in management that your company ignores at every level. I suggest you get an independent consultant for every department do a clean sweep.
