I worked at The Babcock & Wilcox Company as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

9/80 program is great Excellent co-workers and managers Diverse projects that will challenge your abilities An excellent learning environment Access to experts from many fields of engineering

Cons

Occasional field assignments can cause difficulties communicating with co-workers onsite. Workload can become hectic depending on the number of projects and deadlines.

    Pros

Babcock and Wilcox gives me a very flexible time to work. You just need to complete the project, but dont need to come here all the time. The manager is easy to work with. There are few training for new engineer.

    Cons

Salary is the downsides. I wish Babcock and Wilcox Company offers higher salary for what I do. Raise is typical. Bonus is limit.

    Advice to Management

For my job, I learn everything by myself. I wish the company provides some formal training for new employees. The company should move to a bigger city.
