    Pros

Working with children is a passion and helping the kids who are often overlooked due to their behaviors or needs is a plus. Being involved with the training process and helping Foster parents understand behaviors and maintain placement is rewarding.

    Cons

Management has no respect for staff members, there is no clear training provided at hire which provides staff with expectations and procedures. There is no accountability for management, front line staff are first to be blamed when issues arise.

Insurance is HIGH, for one person minimum coverage it is $175 per month.

Unfair with pay raise process; clear favoritism among management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect the staff who keep "the doors open". Consider the areas that are lacking internally and make initiatives to change the areas.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Very disappointing

    Pros

Flexible hours and some nice people

    Cons

    Minimal training
Profound amount of paperwork which constantly changes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be concerned about training staff to deal with clientele; e.g, kids who hurt other kids, start fires, etc. Provide adequate supervision. Quit adding paperwork to the barrage of Medicaid paperwork. Have a consistent, simple form for reporting salary. This place would be an excellent opportunity for an MBA to streamline all the documentation/initiate computer manual while still respecting Medicaid, and ensure client needs are met.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
