    Pros

Working with children is a passion and helping the kids who are often overlooked due to their behaviors or needs is a plus. Being involved with the training process and helping Foster parents understand behaviors and maintain placement is rewarding.

    Cons

Management has no respect for staff members, there is no clear training provided at hire which provides staff with expectations and procedures. There is no accountability for management, front line staff are first to be blamed when issues arise.

Insurance is HIGH, for one person minimum coverage it is $175 per month.

Unfair with pay raise process; clear favoritism among management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect the staff who keep "the doors open". Consider the areas that are lacking internally and make initiatives to change the areas.
