The Beach Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at The Beach

Pros – Shifts are five hours long from 7AM until noon 3-5, days a week. Two or three hours of hard work in the morning then easier duties for the remaining time.

Cons – Very low pay. Very little recognition. Hard to get a lot of hours. Sometimes can get very monotonous and boring.

Advice to Senior Management – Give employees a little recognition for their hard work and effort. Especially when they complete a difficult task that others would not want to do.
