    Pros

Compensation Lunch provided (but it also means I can't leave the office) Good infrastructure

    Cons

Lazy admin employees are tolerated and hard working admins are exploited and rewarded with more work.

    Advice to Management

Please recognize those that work hard and actually reward them rather than just "say it". It seems that they tolerate many that dont work, but yet reward those who are good with more working and giving them challenging professionals to work with. HR department can not be trusted and do not look out for the interested for admins and are rather dishonest. They say they are supportive but never are, instead just convince you that what you have is the good unless you know someone who can step in and help you. They will always go to bat if you know the right person.
