Pros

Pay is solid. The benefits are second to none. Pretty good about flexibility regarding time off, vacation, etc. Friendly people.

Cons

Constantly shifting goalposts. Poor communication between the top and middle/bottom.

Advice to Management

Communicate better with the lower levels of the company. Nobody outside of management, VP, or C level has any idea what's going on.

    Pros

Facilities and Reception team still care about the employees.

    Cons

Upper management is dishonest with middle management and employees about important issues for the company. HR and President are replacing experienced employees with younger staff so that they can cut salaries. Only one weak benefits program is offered and it is not accepted or respected by any hospitals in Austin area, recruiter does not tell new hires that fact.
