I worked at The Bozzuto Group full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great Experience, Great Management, Great Recognition, Great Work/Life Balance, Competitive Salary with other companies, Promotions (They will come, just work hard), Values of the company

Cons – Working on weekends, bonuses can be dependent on certain factors

Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
