Pros – Nice co-workers, lots of variety in types of products being created

Cons – It's a dying business model, and try and they might, no one there seems to know how to break through to the next level. The marketing systems are terrible. How many ways can you design something with Thomas Kinkade art on it? If you work there, you'll find out.

Advice to Senior Management – Consider the idea that the longterm continuity collectibles business is not coming back, so stop spending all your energy trying to "reinvent" it.
