I have been working at The Brattle Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

High profile projects and analysts have opportunities early on to contribute to projects

    Cons

Lack of prestige and name value limit fly out options. Your compensation and opportunities are dependent on who you work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More cohesion among principals would create a more organized and consistent work environment. Place emphasis on the right incentives for employees.
