I have been working at The Brattle Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The Brattle Group treats its employees well with not only competitive compensation and benefits packages but hosts weekly office parties and occasional office-wide outings. Brattle is a believer in the work hard, play hard attitude.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be thrown off when there are larger projects to tackle. It is expected that work comes first when deadlines are approaching and that late hours and some weekend work is commonplace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many principles make for slow management decisions and sometimes lack of direction.
