I have been working at The Brattle Group full-time

Pros

Working with really smart people with lots of knowledge and experience.
Good benefits and a collegial environment.

Cons

The emphasis is clearly to hire outside rainmakers rather than to promote current senior consultants. There is an increasing focus on the few at the top at the expense of other consulting staff.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down hiring at the top and focus on hiring good associates.
