Pros

Caring line staff and important work

Cons

Bad management and bad culture overall (most employees feel under-appreciated). Management says they do more than industry standard which doesn't say much for the industry on a whole. Little extras they do look good on paper but not when you read the fine print; nor are they executed well.

    Pros

salary was decent, nice added touch of giving holiday bonuses

    Cons

Complaints were not investigated and looked over.

    Advice to Management

Listen to ALL of your employees. Take time to meet with, and discuss concerns you may have and/ or issues instead of just dismissing employess. It costs you more to rehire and train. Invest in the staff you hired. If you see an employee with a good work ethic, willining to do all they possibly can do to have the company succeed, invest in them. You would have seen the the real truth earlier if you just took the time to find out and investigate. It really did look bad to the outside community how much of a revolving door you had in such a short amount of time opening. Take the time to really find out what the issues are and not just listening to one or two employees. It will be worth your while in the long run.

  2. no advancement and very low pay

    Advice to Management

work pay and benefits need to be fair for the job your doing and train your administration staff to follow the rules and regulations, white plains ny just opened up and employees are coming and going like a revolving door with all the money your charging the tenants families who reside there i cant see why theres such a low pay...
