    * Flexiable Scheduals if available

    Cons

    BAD TEAM WORK
! to much work for the hr wage given
    ! need better guidence
! Never Recognized when working hard
! Deff Need to be on speed to work in the back room all day by yourself expected from you from day one with no help at all

    Advice to Management

You would keep employes longer if you encouraged everyone to work together as a team, rotate the employes tasks. and make the job enviorment fair . Stuff would get done and everyone would be happy to work for the buckle!
Told i wasnt working fast enough ! where is the respect when i never once slacked off. always trying to improve my performace. never quit anything ever. was willing to work 40 plus hrs but buckle just push my never been pushed button. Deff going somewhere my hard work and dedication is highly more appericate.

  2. I loved the overall environment because its a fun and laid-back atmosphere but nice enough to draw in loyal customers.

    Pros

    decent compensation
opportunities for growth within the company
    management was very understanding
    very nice discount!
    Practical dress code
    diverse staff
    good music!

    Cons

some of the sales strategies are too pushy
management expects you to use their sales tactics regardless of whether they work well for you or not
the style can be a little gaudy at times and they layer too much
they make you push the buckle "rewards" card (credit card) too much

    Advice to Management

Sometimes you know how to read your costumer and know that being too "pushy" will turn them off so it's actually better to ease up a little bit. Management needs to understand that not all of the sales tactics work on every customer. Also, if you have been involved in the presentation for a while, than you have probably figured your costumer out pretty well and don't need 2-3 other people telling you what else to show them on top of all of the things you already have. I hate exhausting a sale.
