“Poor MLT/MT training makes The Children's Hospital a poor place to start MLT/MT career.”
Current Employee – been working at The Children's Hospital
Pros – This is a good place to work for a Senior MLT/MT with prior laboratory expertise.
Cons – Don't adequately train laboratory personnel. This is not a place to start career off as a MLT/MT.
Advice to Senior Management – Adequately train your MLT's and MT's.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
