Pros

At the moment I have none.

Cons

Males get paid more, to get them hired.
No hours, but too many employees.
Store manager doesn't care or listen and then tells other associates what you've said. No confidetiality.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow up and listen to the employees that work their butts off for hardly any money. Use more positive reenforcement. Stop yelling.
