It was okay

I worked at The Children's Place part-time (less than an year)

Pros

It had some stock and retirement options for its employees, and was really very dedicated to children's clothing. The pay was what can be expected in a large retail organization.

Cons

Long shifts and low pay.

I have been working at The Children's Place full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The clothing is great quality and the job is ever changing and fun.

    Cons

The lack of payroll and demoralizes and disheartens the entire staff. It is hard to get the work done ion the complete lack of hours given.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change payroll allotments and support your management staff more and you will have less turn over. Especially at Christmas. Who cuts payroll to ridiculous amounts of no coverage and expects amazing result??. It's cutting off your nose to spite your face. Might as well shut the stores then if you can't afford to staff them properly.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
