    Pros

    They are committed to employee wellness. They have benefit programs just for taking good care of your health. A very positive and challenging work environment.

    Cons

    They have no commitment to their employees. It is like a revolving door. They hire and fire aggressively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Share more information with your employee about the status of the company. It will help ease the minds of your employees if they are not just waiting for the grim reaper to come visit them.

    I have been working at The Cliffs Communities full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good coworkers, good environment, good discounts on meals and merchandise, good hours, good experiences

    Cons

    a lack of organization and a lack of consistency, lack of communication. Health insurance is not very good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Really should be more management reviews and employee reviews - in all of my time here, none of the managers I have worked under have ever had to be reviewed, nor have the employees been sat down and had a chance to discuss their work and what was expected of them. There's no where to go with concerns and some management is not very good about receiving suggestions for improvement. They also block you off from moving to other positions or departments in the company if they need you where you already are working.
