“Top of the marketing food chain”
Former Employee – worked at The Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Working with a selection of "the best of the best", truly global foot print, good prospects for an international career if you like that kind of thing.
Cons – Highly political, and slow at corporate HQ level. Target setting is highly dependent on superiors. Some are great, some are very vague.
Advice to Senior Management – In order to move faster in marketing, it might be an idea to move towards a leaner (!) marketing organization. Plus a closer relationship between personal targets and bonus would be good at all senior levels.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
