Great peer-to-peer relationships; subsidized food in the cafeteria; free Coke all over headquarters. Atlanta.
Cons
Upper-management does not have a clue about their employees. Coke pays in the 60th percentile and most of the workforce gives a performance adequate to their pay. Coke has brought in some new leaders, but does not appear to have given much thought as to whether or not these individuals are really there for the company and its employees. I see a group of short-term opportunists.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of all of the old-timers. New leadership is needed immediately! It appears that none of the entities within Coke communicate with each other. Their mantra to "Do more with less" is a bunch of crap! People are tired and afraid to take vacation because of fear that they might lose their job. Senior leadership will make last minute changes and expect the "little people" to jump through hoops to get things done.
