Coca-Cola North America has great products to sell and some wonderful people working there. The benefits are good other than the 401k

Cons

the company puts too much importance on political correctness and diversity. It also does too many re-orgs and seems to have a big problem making management decisions at the senoir level.

Advice to Senior Management

hire the best people. make good, solid management decisions and lose all the pc and environmental activism. This is the beverage business. Timing is crucial and execution is imperative. don't keep being the "ME TOO" brand.
