No work/ life balance - expectation is that you will travel 90% of the time overseas if required with no personal support for doing so.
Very high level of internal politics.
Very risk adverse place to work - reluctance to try anything new.
Quota based rather than talent based recruitment policy.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop being so arrogant - the company needs to be more innovative and far more supportive and respectful to it's employees.
