Cons

Administrative staff is often ignored and under-appreciated. Depending on thge department you work for, you may not get any acknowledgement at all.
Employees with poor work ethic don't seem to be weeded out quickly due to concerns of lawsuits. Often employees feel demoralized because of this.
A lot of recent layoffs of the lower job grades in order to protect executive pay and bonuses.

Advice to Senior Management

If someone is not doing their job on a consistent basis, you need to handle it. Because of the inability to fire the worst cases, you've caused other employees to feel demoralized and less motivated. The Company used to be a a great place to work, but now it feels like the almighty dollar is the most important thing to senior management. Remember the little people too, and quit cutting jobs while you continue to accept your very large bonuses.
