I have been working at The Cosmopolitan full-time (more than an year)

Pros

health benefits, 2 for 1 concert tickets

Cons

Worked "mandatory" overtime for months without explanation otherwise, if you didn't want to work six days in a row, the door is wide open. Only chance of promotion or transfer to another department is to kiss some serious ass. Feedback on company survey was not taken seriously. No raise for employees until 2015!!!! No union, therefore lowest employees get treated like crap and are worked until they're fired. Management however, gets bonuses!

    I worked at The Cosmopolitan

    Pros

Nice atmosphere and nicely designed hotel for sure,
Good customer marketing mix and demographics,
Great place to hang out especially younger generation

    Cons

Lack of people skills based on their job performances
Not enough experiences at all to open the new hotel like this big on the strip
Very rude and unorifessionals among the certain department's management team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the managers, they need to get trained in a right way so they can also train fello employees.
Honestly, all those upper managements are not ready to work
