A mess

Good, competent people below director level

ConsShort sighted when it comes to type work and accounts they want to take on
Constantly behind interactive trends and best practices
Lack of interest from director level and above in ensuring the success of accounts
No Work/Life balance unless you demand it
No career path or growth opportunities. Senior staff is always hired from outside.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management needs to stop thinking of people as replaceable parts and focus on developing employees and look to promote from within. The company needs to find its identity and not chase after work simply because it has a dollar amount associated with it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
