I worked at The Eastridge Group

Pros

Nice office setting.
Opportunity for growth.
Quick hiring process.
Very welcoming to new employees.
Atmosphere in the office is not too serious. There's usually people floating around throughout the day.
Several branches in different industries.

Cons

Favoritism among certain employees.
Some people in the office "talk."
Growth is practically expected of you, and if you don't "wow" them after the initial three months, they'll let you go.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at The Eastridge Group

    Pros

Small company, good brand in San Diego

    Cons

Bait and switch on roles and responsibilities. Micro management. Incompetent leadership. Very secular environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up. Allow people to do their job in their own way. End the micro management and cronyism.
