I worked at The Forum Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Small, family-owned firm. Owner knows each person.

    Cons

No training, managers can take what they want and give the dregs to the rest of department, lack of togetherness in firm-people do not work together.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve morale, hold managers accountable for their actions and take notice of day-to-day activities of managers. Standardize training.
