2. No communication with the home office
3. Poor benefits
4. No room for advancement
5. Don't keep their promises
6. Dismissive to your concerns/issues
7. It's all about the client and not the consultant

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to think about those you send out on assignments as they are the reason you have the contract in the first place.

    Pros

Excellent company to grow a career in recruiting, sales and marketing. The opportunities are limitless with no restrictions on territory or size of business you can prospect. The owner still comes into the office everyday and always has his door open to any and all employees. Your book of business is what you make of it...if you work hard you will succeed... your managers will make sure of it! The managers do not micro manage so if you are not self motivated to some degree this is not the position for you. If you are a motivated individual looking to grow a long term career with a firm that really cares about its people this is the place for you!

    Cons

None that I can think of!

I have been working at The Forum Group full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I did enjoy some of the junior people, all of which I'm going to help get other positions. I don't think there are any pros on the company values, culture, or compensation.

    Cons

I was promised many things that did not materialize. There are a lot of individuals here that are players and lie behind peoples backs all the time. I feel this is the norm. It's not a stable environment. It seemed as if there were a lot of sharks and that would eat each other. I new within a week that there were a lot of unethical practices going on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My mother taught me if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
