The Gap Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at The Gap

Pros – The atmosphere is nice and energetic. The staff where I work are nice.

Cons – The store I work at you have to wear nothing but GAP, even with the discount it is hard to afford anything especially if you are getting paid minimum wage. Some of the management team are very under trained and immature. Minimum wage, hello, the economy is bad and I can't afford to work part-time making minimum wage.

Advice to Senior Management – If you keep getting complaints about someone, F-I-R-E them, because you will lose your staff.
