Pros – It is a really fun environment and good about working with your school schedule. The people they employ make it a much better place to work.

Cons – The pay isn't the best. It's hard to know how much you can count on because scheduling hours varies a lot week to week.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. It is lame they don't get better budgets so that the store isn't constantly understaffed.
