I have been working at The Gap part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I love my co workers and some of my managers. It's a fast pace environment but the team I work with make the long work days more laid back and organized. Flexibility that is great for anyone who is a student or has another part time job.

    Cons

Some of the senior management, even though there's great flexibility for personal schedules sometimes you may not get any hours at all in a week, and sometimes it's just all call in shifts and not enough hours for really crappy pay. Your hours and your job heavily depend on selling the Gap Card.
