Greedy and unethical

ProsDepending upon your group leader hours could be fairly flexible.

ConsDishonest practices encouraged in one on one situations, but officially they preach integrity.

They will try to save the company money at your expense. - If you work overtime on a regular basis because you are busy they will "promote" you to salary, require you to work at least 45 hours per week, but only pay you the 41 hour, pre-promotion equivalent.

Advice to Senior ManagementLISTEN to your employees sometimes. Happy employees are more efficient employees.
