I have been working at The Haartz Corporation

    Pros

Management cares about employees and that is why so many employees have long service. The company provides tools to empower employees to do their very best at work and enable them to balance professional and personal goals. Employees are dedicated and have the desire to be number one in everything we do, and make this a great place to work.

    Cons

Company is growing and office space is tight. Management is addressing but it will take time to correct.

I worked at The Haartz Corporation full-time

    Pros

The owners and managers treat the employees with respect and legitimate concern. Despite being a mid-sized organization it still maintains the culture of a small business "family". Excellent benefits.

    Cons

The flip side to having a tight-nit organization is that some positions end up being filled by longer-term employees who might not necessarily be the best fit for the position. Haartz is no exception. That being said, I would consider this a minor nuisance rather than a major problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just keep doing what you're doing. Your employees are your biggest asset, continue to take care of them and they will take care of you.
