EPM best practices??? You must be hallucinating.The Hackett EPM practice went from a high of 12 staffers (two years ago!) to it's current four. Soon to be less, since senior staff is kicked to the curb with one week on the beach. Best practices are BS...10 min with Google gets you a better list. This company is a sham. Even the "world class " benchmarks provide different numbers if you ask more than once. Finally this company is nothing but an employee ponzi scheme where the clients and staff are nothing but currency to make the top two guys rich. They may pay well, but the bullseye on the back of your head gets heavier proportional to your salary.
