Former Employee – worked at The Hartford full-time

Pros – Overall, great people all around and good company structure. Solid relationships with other major companies.

Cons – Financial hardship has everyone on eggshells. People throw others under the bus more often than needed. Senior Management believes it is EVERYONE'S job to raise the stock price. Odd getting that speech from someone that owns more than 5% of the companies stock.

Advice to Senior Management – Quit fixing what was not broke.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
