Pros

While I worked there, they were very forward-thinking with respect to HR management, invested in their staff - particularly with their emerging leadership program, and always erred on the side of doing the right thing. Highly ethical and highly respected.

Cons

Standard bureaucracy of a larger company, not particularly innovative from a product perspective, poor recent financial performance

Advice to Management

Enjoyed working there, learned a lot, was a shame my division was sold off.

    Pros

Free campus parking. That's about it. Oh, and being able to work from home after begging and pleading for a number of years.

    Cons

Management at all levels is horrid. Internal customers require lots of hand-holding for basic stuff that their teen children seem to understand with ease. To much emphasis on college degrees in IT area where most managers have degree in non-IT related majors (i.e. English). Sourcing initiatives.

    Advice to Management

Stop sourcing and treat your employees with some respect.
