Pros

time off, benefits, salary ok

Cons

Too stressful and not worth the pay. Phone calls back to back. Metrics and time limits on call are all that matters. Company doesn't do enough or care to keep loyal employees. Limited opportunity for career development due to overwhelming call volume. Company expects you to do a job while the tools and resources present road blocks (slow computer system, long procedures, etc).

    Pros

    Friendly co workers, Great hours, Nice building and location. The managers are also very excellent

    Cons

    You're on the phone all day and frequently encounter upset agents. Also since you're on the phone all day your team does not get all the perks and events as others do.

    Pros

    Flexibility, Training, Advancement, Opportunities, and the type of work is personally rewarding.

    Cons

    Takes a special person to cope with volume. More work than can be done, requiring more than a 40 hour work week.

    Improve on the spot recognition program with higher money incentives. It needs to be more meaningful. Thanks you's are nice but sometimes $$ is warranted to promote excitement and energy.
