There are great number of resources available to perform your job. Great amount of paid time off. The opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Limited amount of availability to take time off. Constant rescheduling of trainings and one-on-one's with manager.

    Pros

    Good benefits, pay is decent.

    Cons

    Constant changes and inconsistent messages leading to low employee engagement, subjective claim quality reviews with extremely high expectations and little management support, slow to identify problems and implement solutions. Little to no incentive for career progression.

    Lots of opportunity for upward movement and opportunities to work from home

    Cons

    People tend to get "trapped" in insurance. The pay is great, but the job is not fulfilling.
