I worked at The Hartford full-time

Pros

My co-workers and the clients. Nice office. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Frequent changes in management direction. Long hours. Heavy case loads. Top heavy in managers. Old claims payment system. Failure to test new processes before implementation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update the claims payment system. Get serious on the work life balance issues for the sake of lower level managers and staff.
