    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The time off plan is pretty decent

    Cons

The better you are at the job the worse they make it for you. If you are an idiot then you get paid more and don't have to work as hard (because they don't require you to go through the next step in training). Unfortunately, I'm not an idiot.

    Advice to Management

Maybe try not to hound the employees so much to meet the numbers. Based on the model you have set up, if everyone does an excellent job, far exceeding standards, then what that means is that even though I may have been exceeding in every metric I will still run the risk of getting canned, for being near the bottom of the list of others who were excellent. I dunno, the whole model you have just seems pretty stupid to me, to be quite frank.

A one-time great company driven into the ditch by incompetent and self-serving senior leaders

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great for an entry-level person not yet involved in the politics.

    Cons

Gets harder to function as you move up, as after a while it's about who likes you--not your level of commitment or the quality of your work. Forces around you can hold you back from even completing assignments--let alone getting promoted..

    Advice to Management

For heaven's sake, look around at the extremely poor leaders you have moved into very senior positions and the mass exodus it's causing; even at the Vice President level. This used to be a great company where employees were motivated to go to the mat for the company. Now, all employees do is talk about how bad it is. New high-ranking "leaders" come on board, bring their cronies from their prior companies and run the place into the ground. Drop the outsourcing and cultivate internal talent and employee loyalty. The place has turned into a disaster.
