    Pros

Interacting with customers on a daily basis, friendly coworkers. The company itself is great to work for for multiple reasons including the homer fund, success sharing etc etc.

    Cons

The pay isn't great. The health benefits could be better. Typical retail hours, so unpredictable. Overall there aren't that many cons.

    Advice to Management

Personally , I think the home depot is doing a great job . I see their stock rise almost daily and I feel like it's a great company to work for and look forward to advancing my career.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Many locations allow you to work for a business that is close by, therefore reducing both gas consumption and mileage.

    Cons

When first hired, they say they are able to work around your class schedule, however they don't. This leaves you trying to trade shifts with co-workers to be able to attend classes. They also push part time employees to 39.5 hours a week to reduce labor cost.

    Advice to Management

When you have an employee that is also a student, respect their class schedules to they can get their education.
