Review after 6 months PT Cashier

Cashier (Current Employee)

ProsFlexible hours, Decent Pay, People who work there are generally professional, Putting Customers first also extends to the associates, ability to move up pretty quickly (becoming full time or a Head Cashier or FT Head Cashier after 6 months is reasonable) but ability to move up to really highly desired jobs isn't as quick (becoming a Front-End Supervisor more like 3-5 years). There is a lot of respect for diversity and a lot of opportunities to be recognized.

ConsSometimes there is conflicting directions from Head Cashiers, Management, or Supervisors. Definitely need to be flexible. Sometimes when a lot of new cashiers are hired on, the older cashiers must take up the slack. Work load is over-all fair, though.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunication between yourselves and the employees is really important. Otherwise, great job.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
