I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good people to work with.

    Cons

Management style is a bit 'hands off', allowing other associates to stand around and talk

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let the pumpkin patches (groups of associates in orange aprons) happen. You'd get more done in a day.
